Each time you make a purchase at Best Lumber, whether in-store or online, we'll reward you with points for future purchases. For every dollar you spend, you'll get five (5) points. Points can be redeemed in-store and with phone and email orders.  You'll receive updates about special promotions in advance. There are no exceptions to these Conditions of Membership except for those set out in this document. Best Lumber & Hardware reserves the right to interpret and apply these Conditions of Membership in its sole discretion. The Best Lumber & Hardware Rewards program may be modified by Best Lumber & Hardware at any time, or terminated without prior notice.

Changes to the Best Lumber & Hardware Rewards Program and Member Accounts

Best Lumber & Hardware may terminate the Best Lumber & Hardware Rewards rewards program without prior notice. Best Lumber & Hardware may, in its sole discretion, amend the Best Lumber & Hardware Rewards program Conditions of Membership, including terminating any member's ability to redeem points already accrued, at any time.

LIMITATIONS ON DAMAGES

IN NO EVENT SHALL Best Lumber & Hardware OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO ANY MEMBER, OR ANYONE CLAIMING THROUGH A MEMBER, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY Best Lumber & Hardware OR ANY Best Lumber & Hardware REWARDS PLAN MEMBER IN CONNECTION WITH THE REWARDS PLAN. IF Best Lumber & Hardware AND/OR ANY REWARDS PLAN PARTNER IMPROPERLY DENIES A MEMBER REWARDS CREDIT OR SOME OTHER BENEFIT, THE MEMBER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE THE ISSUANCE OF THE IMPROPERLY DENIED CREDIT, AWARD OR BENEFIT, IF AVAILABLE, OR SUCH ALTERNATIVE, COMPARABLE BENEFIT AS DETERMINED BY Best Lumber & Hardware IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
